邹杨，男，1992年生，中国人民大学金融学博士，现任lh1153雷火电竞讲师。此前他曾在北京大学开展博士后工作（获国资计划C类资助），参与了公共性发展金融机构数据库的构建工作。他长期从事公司金融、资本市场、发展融资相关研究。发表多篇sci/ssci以及cssci论文，是ssci期刊匿名审稿人，参与出版著作多部，主持并完成博士后面上课题。

  Yang Zou, born in 1992, now serves as a Lecturer in the Business School at Beijing Language and Culture University, with a doctorate in Finance from Renmin University of China. Prior to this role, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Peking University (Postdoctoral Fellowship Program of CPSF, Class C), where he contributed to the PDB&DFI Database. His research focus includes corporate finance, capital markets, and developing finance. As an active scholar, he has authored numerous articles in SCI/SSCI and CSSCI-indexed journals and contributed to multiple books. He is also an anonymous peer reviewer for SSCI-indexed journals. As a principal investigator, he has successfully completed a General Program supported by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
